Haven Inn & Suites Rooms

Charged me for my ESA animal. No elevator, I can’t do stairs. Room was switched and I paid same rate. Room had a jacuzzi tub but didn’t work and it had spiders in it. I had no towels in my room, so I had to ask. They needed to be dried. I arrived at 6p. My dog found a big water bug/ roach bug. And there was a milworn in bathroom. Room smelt very stale/ musty. The beds platform didn’t fit the bed, the sides bent down. The wifi didn’t work.

I had 3 rooms for a one night stay in town for a funeral. The good: The Staff was EXCELLENT. Extremely helpful and accommodating, but the property left a bit to be desired. They were excellent at managing some late night loud disputes that erupted and minimizing disruption to the guests. The water pressure and temperature was good and lasted for a nice 8 minute shower! the sink/counter was outside the bathroom and a great size. The fridge and microwave in the room were clean and worked well.

I liked the homey feel to the room and the overall location and the vibe of the place.
